Abstract
There was a clear need, according to EC recommendations, to harmonise the specification and development of common technologies between the various projects. The EMMA-Project Task 7.3 “Links to other projects” has taken care of this aspect and provided a framework establishing the appropriate technical and managerial contacts with the other projects in Europe and USA in order to guarantee this common and interoperable technology definition.
