Abstract
This document shows a statistical presentation of the 'Database about gender aspects of EMMA human resources'. It will lead in a very clear way to the measured results of the gender aspects within EMMA. Projects like EMMA can only support the gender independent policy but cannot change the gender aspects from the bottom. Several studies reviewed the current state of knowledge of gender issues in their individual field. This led to some common elements in the conceptual discourse of their arguments. This document gives a common overview of the gender aspects in our society for the understanding of the complexity of this issue.
