Kurzfassung
In December 2004, the boards of directors of the national aeronautical research establishments of Germany and the Netherlands (DLR and NLR) have decided to establish an ATM research alliance by the beginning of 2005 named AT-One . This document contains the plans of all research and development activities performed at the DLR Institute of Flight Guidance and the NLR Air Transport division in the next years. It is the second business plan for AT-One.
