Kurzfassung
The contribution proposes a new method to generate rain attenuation from weather radar images. Rain attenuation very much depends on rain. In this paper spatial issues of rain attenuation (measured in satellite links) are adressed and taken into account by considering rain cells as measured by weather radar data
