Abstract
Als Alternative zum herkoemmlichen Propeller- bzw. Propfanantrieb mit Druckluft-, Elektro- oder Hydromotor fuer Windkanalversuche wird ein Windrad-Antrieb vorgestellt. Das Windrad, welches sich stromab hinter Propeller und Leitrad befindet, entnimmt die Antriebsenergie aus dem Luftstrom des Windkanals. Die Beaufschlagung des Windrades wird durch ein stufenweise verstellbares Leitrad variiert. Drehzahl, Drehmoment und Schub des Propellers werden gemessen. Die Erprobung dieser Anordnung wurde in der dehnbaren adaptiven Messstrecke und in der Freistrahlmessstrecke des Hochgeschwindigkeitskanals sowie im Niedergeschwindigkeitskanal der DLR durchgefuehrt.
