Abstract
DAB ist ein EUREKA-Projekt zur Entwicklung eines neuen digitalen Hoerrundfunksystems. Das Institut für Nachrichtentechnik der DLR in Oberpfaffenhofen ist mit grundlegenden Arbeiten auf dem Gebiet der Modulation und Kanalcodierung am Projekt beteiligt. Ein am Institut entwickeltes Kanalcodierverfahren besitzt gute Aussichten auf eine Berücksichtigung im Standard.
