Abstract

A new alternative approach has been developed for solving the range migration correction even for high squint angles. It consists basically of performing a one-dimensional range and azimuth compression followed by a two-dimensional convolution with a correction function, which deconvolues the phase and amplitude errors of the impulse response function.
