Abstract

Jahreshaeufigkeitsverteilungen der 20-GHz-Olympus-Bakendaempfung, Regenrate und Strahlungstemperatur werden verglichen. Aus Radiometer- und Radarmessungen in zwei orthogonalen linearen Polarisationen werden Tropfengroessenverteilungen abgeleitet. Eine Statistik von ungefaehr 500 Radarabtastungen des Olympuspfades zeigt gute Uebereinstimmung mit gleichzeitig durchgefuehrten Bakenmessungen.
