Abstract
A proper SAR system end to end simulation is a very valuable tool for veryfying and testing the performance of a particular SAR implementation. Being the accuracy of the simulation the main objective of this work, the raw data generator and the processing modules are based on a two dimensional approach wich has proved to be both accurate and computationally inexpensive compared with the traditional approaches (Range-Doppler).
