Abstract
The concept of a new Near-Range Primary Radar Network (NRN) for the non-cooperative guidance of the airport surface traffic is presented.The requirements to the features of the main components are described. In order to demonstrate the performance of the method, its flexibility in view of the compatibility to different airport scenarios, simualtion results are presented.
