Abstract
Das Konzept optimaler Polarisationen, meistens im Sinne von leistungsoptimalen Polarisationen, ist in der Radar-Polarimetrie festetabliert. Im Rahmen dieser Veroeffentlichung wurden optimale Polarisationsbasisbetrachtungen in bezug auf Schaetzung der differentiellen Ausbreitungsphase und in bezug auf endliche Kanalisolation des Messystems in Verbindung mit mittleren polarimetrischen Rueckstreueigenschaften durchgefuehrt.
