Abstract
Die Polarisationsabhaengigkeit der differentiellen Ausbreitungsphase wird untersucht. Optimale Messbasen, die die differentielle Ausbreitungsphase maximal werden lassen, wurden vorgestellt. Unter Beruecksichtigung der begrenzten Kanalisolation wird in Verbindung mit mittleren Rueckstreueigenschaften von Hydrometeoren die in bezug auf relative Messfehler optimale EF-Basis hergeleitet.
