Abstract

This report describes the results of a project developed under the cooperation program between the Brazilian Space Research Institute (INPE) and the German Space Operations Center (GSOC) of the German Aerospace Research Establishment (DLR). The Work has been performed in the field of precise satellite orbit determination including thrust phases and represents an extension of the joint collaboration on UD filtering and smoothing for satellite orbit determination (Kuga et al. 1991).
