Abstract
Die Integration von Vertiports in bestehende Flughäfen stellt eine zentrale Herausforderung für die zukünftige Innovative Air Mobility dar. In einer frühen Planungsphase müssen sicherheitsrelevante, infrastrukturelle und operative Risiken systematisch identifiziert und bewertet werden. Der Beitrag stellt einen qualitativen, integrierten Risikoansatz vor, der die vier Dimensionen Safety, Security, Environment und Privacy berücksichtigt. Mithilfe definierter Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) und der ICAO-Risikomatrix werden potenzielle Gefahren priorisiert und transparente Entscheidungsgrundlagen für geeignete Minderungsmaßnahmen geschaffen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass eine frühzeitige, ganzheitliche Risikobetrachtung entscheidend für einen sicheren, nachhaltigen und gesellschaftlich akzeptierten Vertiportbetrieb ist.
