Kurzfassung
DLR operates a wide range of versatile solar test facilities, which are used to test photoreactors and demonstrate photon-driven systems under practical conditions. Means of photon management ensure that the irradiation requirements of tested photoreactors are met. Gained experimental data feeds into model validation and refinement as a basis for in-depth understanding and enhancement of processes, systems and components for the production of solar fuels and sustainable chemicals. Examples of photoreactor tests from various completed and ongoing projects are presented.
