Abstract

This thesis focuses on developing a synchronized multi-camera system leveraging "Flir Lepton 3.5" infrared cameras integrated with the "Raspberry Pi 4 Model B." The system's primary purpose is to improve temperature measurement accuracy in surface analysis applications, particularly within high-precision contexts like turbine cooling.

The project covers:

Hardware Development: Constructing a modular and maintenance-friendly assembly for housing the infrared cameras and associated electronics. Software Control and Synchronization: Designing a user-friendly web interface for synchronized multi-camera operation, including video streaming, recording, and control settings for temperature data collection. Performance Testing and Evaluation: Ensuring that the multi-camera system provides reliable and stable video analysis, which is essential for precise temperature measurements over extended observation periods.
