Abstract

An interaction between an Large Language Model (LLM) and an external tool has many advantages. It could either reduce the weaknesses of an LLM, enhance the usability of the external tool or improve the development process of it. We present five approaches that establish an interaction between an LLM and an external tool. We also review these approaches by how well they can be applied to the software Remote Component Environment (RCE).
