Kurzfassung

Additive manufacturing is a technique in development that can produce complex and functional items quickly and inexpensively. It's especially good for minimizing material waste and producing complex geometries. High Speed Sinteringy(HSS) is a new Additive Manufacturing technique that involves the deposition of a radiation-absorbing substance called ink followed by infrared radiation. High-speed sintering is a new 3D printing process for thermoplastics. The goal of this study is to find out more about resuing of recycled powders and the proper Mixing Ratio of Recycled powders and their behavior on the Material Properties of Build parts. The thermoplastic powder Polyamide 12(PA12) is used for the experiments. As a result of these experiments with Virgin powder lot of recycled powder is obtained, the leftover powder can be recovered and reused for sample printing in subsequent construction cycles, Because the powder degrades when exposed to extremely high temperatures, using it without refreshing has an impact on the component quality. This study focuses on the level of deterioration of used powder and compares the results to those of virgin powder. To comprehend the effect of temperature and the influence of ageing on the PA12, identical parts were printed in 3 consecutive iterations using a proper mixing ratio of recycled powder.Proper mixing ratio will be also developed in this work and the influence of ageing was characterized and quantified by SEM,DSC,TGA analysis.
