X-linked hypophosphatemia (XLH) is a rare genetic disease, characterized by renal phosphate wasting and complex musculoskeletal manifestations including decreased physical performance. Objective is to characterize muscular deficits in patients with XLH and investigate phosphate stores in muscles.
