Abstract

OSIRISV3 is the following project to OSIRIS series of project that Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) is currently doing. The system contains different subsystems and modules doing different tasks. The task for those modules needs to be regularly analysed and tested in the ground before sending it to space. A single operations User Interface (UI) that can test and visualize the parameters from different modules, could ease the functional testing process of overall OSIRIS platform. In this master’s thesis, a single operations User Interface (UI) to communicate with different modules of OSIRIS sub-systems has been developed. The testing of the UI is done with the hardware itself and by designing the simulator as well. The report explains the requirement and implementation process for the UI. Finally, with this UI, the parameters from different subsystems can be logged, visualized and different modules can be tested from a single UI, for functional testing of the platform.
