Abstract

Some examples of measurements with the BOS technique are shown. Results of investigations regarding the accuracy, sensitivity and resolution of the BOS-System are illustrated. The development of the BOS technique towards a quantitative measurement method is briefly described and some results of tomographic BOS-measurements at an underexpanded, free jet of air are shown.
