Kurzfassung
Use cases with rescue forces play a major role in future C-ITS deployment. Today secondary accidents often occur during the rescue operation. With the help of C-ITS services, which inform the driver early, the risk for secondary accidents could be decreased and in the same time the performance and the safety of the emergency personal would increase. Even today accidents are a challenging task for the driver. With a particular view to partly or fully automatic driving vehicles it is even more challenging to handle these situations. One of these situations is a lane closure. Closing a part, one or more lanes happens in multiple scenarios like accidents on streets, rescue vehicle holds in the second row, operations in narrow streets for example. Information received directly from the rescue vehicles could help the system to manage the driving task in such a situation.
