Kurzfassung
This paper deals with the handling of large amounts of data obtained by a test bench measurement with modern measurement equipment. After mathematical transformations into coordinate systems of interest for the electrical machine, these measured values are available as scattered data. This makes the evaluation of the available data considerably more difficult, since a connection over the time base of the respective measured values disappears. Classical display variants of the data points are not helpful for data analysis due to the widely scattered distribution of individual measured values. Remedy is provided by suitable density plots of the data points. The application of such density plots and the analysis based on them with regard to conspicuous deviations in the operating behavior of electrical machines are dealt with in this paper.
