Kurzfassung
To ensure that the vehicles of the Karlsruhe Regional Council have enough energy charged for planned trips and to avoid an expensive expansion of the grid connection and investment in a battery storage system, an optimisation-based charging management system was developed in the "eLISABW" project. Using the information of the fleet booking system, the charging management provides the backend of the charging infrastructure with an optimised charging schedule.
