Kurzfassung
Ranging-Mode (R-Mode) is a promising navigation system for the navigation of maritime transport in the Baltic Sea. To determine the position of the object, it is necessary to minimize the effect of errors on the signal. At the moment there are two common errors, these are the sky wave path error and the signal distortion caused by the ground wave. In this master thesis, much attention will be paid to the ground wave, namely the ground conductivity. Since to minimize the error caused by the ground wave, it is necessary to have a good dataset, which today is the Atlas of the ground conductivity. This Atlas does not contain complete information on the ground conductivity, since the main element that directly affects the permeability of the soil, namely the seasonal variation, was not considered when creating this Atlas. In the course of the thesis, it will be told about the presumptive technique for recalculating the soil conductivity, based on the factors that directly affect it. The final result of this research will be recalculation maps of ground conductivity based on a combination of factors.
