The current deliverable resumes the high velocity impact test results performed on plates made out of a tri-axially braided Zylon® fiber reinforced CYCOM 890® epoxy. Three test series were performed. In the first test series a steel ball with a diameter of 30mm and a weight of approximately 112 grams was used. For those tests, a normal impact angle was selected to create a first database. The second test series was performed with the same impactor, but with an impact angle of 45° between the trajectory of the impactor and the surface of the plate. Rectangular projectiles out of steel with the dimension of 18x13x3mm3 and a weight of 5,5 grams have perpendicularly impacted the plates during the third test series. The impact surface of the projectiles was 13x3mm2.
