Abstract
Potential improvements for the HOTSOSE program in its boundary layer model for adequate prediction of aerodynamic coefficients and aerothermodynamic heat loads are investigated. Numerical results obtained for the operational Version 1.91 and an experimental version 1.92X are compared and evaluated.
