Abstract

Nearly 50 long duration balloon flights have launched from McMurdo Station in Antarctica since the early 1990's. Information regarding trajectory and altitude is available for most. We report on statistical analyses we performed using these data to make quantitative statements about the likely range of latitudes that future balloon missions will attain.
