Abstract
Bei dem Vortrag handelt es sich um eine kurze Erläuterung, wie die Stadt Oldenburg durch die Gestaltung des Bebauungsplans Einfluss auf die Bebauung im Fliegerhorst Bauabschnitt 777F genommen hat. Im Weiteren wird die energetische Simulation für das Quartier beschrieben und gezeigt, dass die Sektorenkopplung entscheidend für die Flexibilisierung des Energiesystems ist.
