Abstract
Digitale Zwillinge dienen als Verwaltungsschale zur Vernetzung und Visualisierung von Daten. Was beim Wetterbericht als Karte mit wechselnden Symbolen dargestellt wird, ist im virtuellen Leitstand einer Produktionsanlage ein 3D-Modell mit eingebundenen Daten. Neben Visualisierung liegt weiteres Potential in der Nutzbarmachung von Produktionsdaten bis hin zum Flugzeuggesamtentwurf. Am Beispiel einer Forschungs-Produktionslinie werden physische und virtuelle Schlüsseltechnologien zur Produktionstechnologie von Flugzeugstrukturen aus FVK demonstriert.
