Abstract

This document presents the work done on generating initial aerodynamic data sets of the different morphing concepts for use in the comprehensive rotor analysis work. This work was split between three partners and focused on the morphing concepts which are expected to cause significant change to the cross-sectional shape of the rotor blade, namely the chord extension and camber change concepts. The methodology behind the analysis done is presented, followed by the results obtained.
