Abstract
Die systematische Personalauswahl von ESA-Astronauten und Verkehrspiloten erhöht den Erfolg von Weltraummissionen und die Sicherheit im Luftverkehr. Im Beitrag wird die letzte ESA-Astronautenauswahlkampagne vorgestellt und das Vorgehen des DLR bei der Auswahl von Verkehrspiloten.
