Abstract
The pitch elaborates on the feasibility (and simplicity) of denial-of-service attacks to digital communication networks. The last decade has revealed a series of vulnerabilities of digital navigation devices with very low budget (~30$) electronics, dramatic e.g. for landing aircraft. We claim the same problems with today's digital communication systems of professional users and propose solutions to detect and even mitigate such attacks using cyber security methods and AI.
