The purpose of this document can be summarized in the following way: - to give an overview of the ROSE-L ground segment functionality; - to support the system definition and the further ground segment decomposition; - to identify interactions of the ground segment towards the space segment and towards mission external entities and hence define the ground segment interfaces at the later project stages.
