Abstract

Presentation describes activities in the context of SESAR WP 16.04.03 leading to the development of proactive tools to study potential changes in the psychological ability requirements of air traffic Controllers, pilots and ATSEPs (Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel) across Europe.
