Prospects for power production through CSP positive in terms of global share and development of electricity cost Dipatchability of CSP based power through thermal storage as extremely important feature for supply scenarios Solar fuels with high potential to replace fossil fuels in transport Redox cycles most advanced in several hundred kW range Diversification is possible: air separation, thermochemical pump, heat pump Sulfur cycles offer the provision of various products and have links to established methods of large chemical industry
