Abstract
The EU Council intends to regulate aviation’s full climate impact (CO2, H2O, NOx, contrails etc.). A likely approach is the inclusion of all climate relevant species from aviation in the Eu-ropean Emissions Trading Scheme. This paper provides a proposal for this practice and analyze the economic impacts.
