Abstract

This technical note summarizes an anomaly detected on 2017-07-12 in the “transmit and up-converter stage” number three (TUS3) of the main branch of the TDX SAR instrument. It was recognized after the “failure detection, isolation and recovery” (FDIR) mechanism interrupted nominal SAR operations. The main part of this document is dedicated to the analysis of the effect on the performance of operational SAR products.
