This presentation covers the basics of loads analysis and flight dynamics of elastic aircraft. The derivation of the relevant governing equations is described in detail; aerodynamic and structural simulation methods and models are presented and discussed. Current research topics at the DLR Institute of Aeroelasticity related to loads analysis and flight dynamics are briefly introduced.
