Kurzfassung
The boundary layers of full-scale operational freight trains were measured using 3 horizontal rakes of 7, 4-hole dynamic pressure probes. The results provide insight into the flow around freight trains, and real-world boundary layer characteristics that can be used as a reference for future experiments and simulations.
