Flight testing of new aircraft designs is always a challenging task. Air data and inertial sensors play an important role during testing as they provide information about the current aerodynamic state of the aircraft. Data consistency check and calibration of the air data sensors are the keys to obtain flight test results of good quality. This report contains the results of the Lufo 5.1 project ATLAS2Hybrid / ReduLA. The DLR - Institute of Flight Systems is responsible for a working package focusing on the optimization of the post-processing of flight test data. The main result is a software module which performs an online flight data compatibility check.
