This document describes the new features of tosca and rts implemented up to the current version of 1.33. While these capabilities include a wide range of functions, the most prominent one is the inclusion of the ability to optimize powered and unpowered descent trajectories. rts was outfitted with additional modes that allow the analysis of stage visibility from ESA ground stations, the plotting of the final orbits and finally the joint optimization of ascent and descent for VTVL vehicles.
