Abstract
Das DLR betreibt am Zentrum für Leichtbauproduktionstechnologie in Stade eine vollautomatisierte Prozesskette zur Herstellung endkonturnaher Faserverbundbauteile im RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) Verfahren. Die Prozessschritte beinhalten den Zuschnitt und die Handhabung textiler Halbzeuge, das Drapieren, Konsolidieren und Feinbesäumen von Preforms, sowie die Harzinjektion, Aushärtung und Entformung des fertigen Bauteils.
