Abstract
"NEOShield" ist eine im Januar 2012 gegruendete internationale Kooperation zur Evaluierung von Methoden zur Asteroidenabwehr. Insgesamt 13 Partner aus Forschung und Industrie, darunter auch amerikanische und russische Weltraumorganisationen, forschen daran, wie Einschlaege von Asteroiden und Kometen verhindert werden koennen.
