Abstract
Das Leuchtturmprojekt TAMS ist ein vom Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie (BMWi) der Bundesrepublik Deutschland gefördertes Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt. Die Abkürzung TAMS steht für Total Airport Management Suite, wobei darin bereits eines der Projektziele, die Ent-wicklung einer ersten industriellen systembasierten Umsetzung, enthalten ist und dadurch Teile der im DLR entwickelten innovativen Total Airport Management (TAM) Philosophie aufgegriffen werden. Das vorliegende operationelle Konzeptdokument beschreibt die Grundlagen und Elemente eines TAM und deren Abhängigkeiten untereinander. Die industrielle Realisierung, die im Rahmen des F&E Pro-jektes entwickelt wird, wird in Teil II dieses Dokumentes beschrieben.
