Abstract

This paper describes the concept of a modular end-to-end simulation tool for the investigation and evaluation of novel SAR-systems. The simulator consists of the following modules: the editors for scene generation, orbit, antenna pattern, timing definition, raw data generation, image generation, image quality evaluation. Simulation results are demonstrated.
