Static and dynamic low-speed wind tunnel tests have been performed on a generic transport aircraft configuration using two interchangeable wings of significant different stiffness in the DNW-NWB. The dynamic tests included sinusoidal pitching, rolling and yawing oscillations. A stereoscopic high speed video camera system was used to measure the wing deformation with respect to twist and bending in static and dynamic cases. The effect of the wing elasticity on static coefficients, dynamic derivatives as well as on static and dynamic pressure distributions has shown to be significant.
