The objective of this report is to support the definition of a test device for measuring the pulse of the DLR-BK gelatine bird (4lbs) at impact. In particular, a construction involving a front disk supported by three loadcells is investigated. For the need of the investigations, three parameters are varied: The position of the loadcells, the material of the front disk and the rigidity of the loadcells.
