Abstract

In the present work an extension of an aerodynamic optimization system for inverse design is carried out. The new abilities of the system are tested. Inverse designs with prescribed pressure distributions lead to very good agreement between resulting and expected geometries and flow fields. No substantial influence of start point, first search vector and constraints is found.
