Airframe noise data were taken for the 1/16.8 scaled A380 model installed in the open test section of the DNW-LLF (Fig. 1). The data acquisition was conducted by DNW and data were transmitted to DLR for off-line analysis. This report describes the correction procedures as applied to account for various effects on wind tunnel out-of-flow measured noise data. Analysed 1/3-oct. band noise level data, corrected for all wind tunnel effects, are supplied on CD in a format as defined by the customer. Three sets of data are delivered according to the following stages of analysis: 1) Farfield data corrected for background noise only (for all 20 microphones). 2) Farfield data corrected for all wind tunnel effects except for geometrical nearfield effects. 3) Farfield data corrected for all wind tunnel effects.
